Denmark

The headquarters of Orifarm is in Denmark, in the town of Odense on Funen.

Employees: In Denmark, we employ about 350 people. About 100 employees are hourly-paid workers, and they work in the repacking facility and warehouse. The remaining 250 employees are office workers. 

Functions: Besides the central staff functions such as finance, HR and legal departments, the headquarters is responsible for the major part of the activities in the group. This concerns primarily repacking of our products. The registration of marketing authorizations for the sales of our products is also mainly done centrally. Furthermore, other activities such as marketing, quality control and logistics is coordinated by the headquarters. The Danish sales team is responsible for the sales and marketing of our products on the Danish market.

Activities on the market: In Denmark, we sell both parallel imported pharmaceuticals and generics. We have a large product range of parallel imported pharmaceuticals and are also the market leader. Our product range of generics is constantly increasing as is our market share correspondingly. All products are sold by the Danish pharmacists through the Danish wholesalers.
