From national to international
We started out national, then we went Nordic and now we are international. And so are the employees. Working in an international company is very exciting as we always have to think in broad terms, we have to work together across national borders and we all communicate in a foreign language: English. This is challenging for all of us, but it is also very rewarding when new ideas are brought to life in our diversified group.

Across borders
International also means new opportunities for individuals. National borders are dispensed with in our daily working life when we work transnationally. This also means that individuals are not always working in their country of origin. We support and encourage people working across borders, our expatriates, and we have trainee programs where candidates visit our different offices in Europe.
