Corporate Quality Compliance Specialist for Audit Management

About the job
In this position, you will act as the one point of contact for audit-related issues. In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring quality compliance in Orifarm and that legal and authority requirements are met. It includes defining the corresponding policy, process, governance and framework for the audit track which will be implemented in the whole organisation, both on a local - and corporate level.
Besides managing, engaging, and developing the audit track, you will support the Corporate Quality Compliance Business partner(s) to implement the tracks across sites as well as to define focus areas for the coming audits.
Further, other key responsibilities include:
- Being able to support on the corporate strategy and vision
- Coordinating and performing audit training to relevant staff
- Planning global sampling and global audit programme arrangements
- Maintaining and updating information related to requirements as well as ensuring effective communication for same
- Ensuring that the process is supported, maintained, and compliant in accordance with applicable policies and applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Monitoring activities to ensure compliance with core quality measures for the track
- Being responsible for the ongoing improvements, best practice sharing, and track implementations.
Who are you?
We expect you to hold a Master’s degree and possess knowledge of auditing using the ISO 19011 methodology. Further, we assume that you possess practical experience utilising QMS tools.
Additionally, we imagine that you possess:
- An understanding of Quality Systems Standards and legislation (e.g. GMP, GDP, ISO 9001 etc.)
- Quality systems and business acumen, and in-depth knowledge of ISO procedures and systems
- The ability to travel both domestically and internationally
- Professional communication skills as you will communicate with peers, customers, and vendors
