About the job
Orifarm is constantly growing and so is our insights expenditure and our ambitions in how to use it. We want to make best use of data across Orifarm by creating transparency and by optimising and documenting our data usage.
The main task for this role is to be Orifarm’s one point of contact, both to external corporate data providers and to internal stakeholders within Orifarm. Internal stakeholders will consist of commercial teams in both business units, but also towards our IT department. For external stakeholders, you will be the driving contact on corporate purchases, but you will also participate in local purchases to ensure alignment. This profile will help ensure that we acquire the right insights from the right provider and that it, internally, is used to its maximum potential.
Moreover, some of your responsibilities in this role include:
- To understand and create transparency on the data, and also to ensure that limitations in the data are known as most of our data purchases have ongoing deliveries
- To help determine and guide our path towards being even more data driven
Historically data purchases have been split in our two business units, we want to gather knowledge and documentation in one central function. So initially there is a clean-up and data mapping exercise to be performed. After this, the job will be to maintain this mapping and to ensure that we constantly have relevant data, including engagement with internal and external stakeholders. The setup around this position is new, so there will be a good opportunity to setup a structure and process that fit the candidate.
Who are you?
You have 5+ years of experience in working with data in the pharma industry and further, you have an understanding of data flows and possess a data -driven mindset.

We are a small dedicated team working in Orifarm Healthcare, but supporting all of Orifarm. Our main focus is to provide insights on markets, products, competitors, thus giving business stakeholders updated and relevant insights to make decisions. Furthermore, we aim to simplify workflows and make sure that our knowledge is always available to our stakeholders. The team currently consists of 6 FTEs and 2 student workers, we are currently situated at 2 locations, Odense and Søborg.

Our portfolio contains well-known brands such as Pamol, Kodimagnyl, and Apovit. Moreover, within New Bizz, we aim to expand our business by exploring new opportunities within pharmaceuticals.
