About the job
Pharmacovigilance Orifarm is growing, and is currently facing a change in way of working. We are looking for a Team Manager for our Pharmacovigilance Compliance team, who will contribute in establishing a successful team and pharmacovigilance department. The pharmacovigilance team is characterized by engaged professionals and strong communicators, with a broad knowledge within pharmacovigilance.
The pharmacovigilance department is organized in Orifarm Group in Corporate Quality Compliance and is split in two teams “Pharmacovigilance Compliance” and “Pharmacovigilance Operations”. The teams are working closely together on a daily basis, covering all aspects of pharmaceutical pharmacovigilance.
The main responsibility areas of the Pharmacovigilance Compliance team include:
- Pharmacovigilance cross-functional compliance
- Monitoring and implementation of European pharmacovigilance legislation
- Pharmacovigilance audits and inspections supported by QA audit team
- Phamacovigilance related Deviations and CAPA's
- Pharmacovigilance related Change Controls (CCs)
- Maintenance of the QMS system, SOP’s and PSMF
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (authorities, partners, vendors, affiliates, internal departments etc.)
You will be responsible for leading a team consisting of 4-6 specialists, including motivation and development of the team. Furthermore, you are expected to coordinate and prioritize the various tasks in the team in collaboration with the pharmacovigilance management team.
Besides the team, you will also be part of the pharmacovigilance management team in Orifarm Group, who continuously support each other based on the values and leadership compass in Orifarm.
Who are you?
We imagine that you are an experienced leader with a strong background within pharmaceutical compliance, or an experienced pharmacovigilance Manager with desire and drive for leadership.
As team manager, you will play a vital role in the pharmacovigilance department. We expect you to have managerial courage, willing to take action, and have a high degree of integrity. You are able to make the necessary decisions as well as pursue the business strategy. You have solid organizational understanding and you are driven by motivating your employees in order for the team to succeed. Thus, you understand to communicate and collaborate with many different types of people.
Additionally, we expect you to be:
- In possession of great analytical and coordinating skills and able to see both the details and the bigger picture
- Experienced in either pharmacovigilance or other compliance related fields in the pharmaceutical industry
- Fluent in both written and verbal English
Your primary office location could be either in Søborg or Odense combined with remote work.
