About the job
Our S&OP team are looking for a full time analyst who will update and improve our monthly reports and provide analysis input to the S&OP process.
In this role, you will ensure that all reporting is run in a timely manner and key insights and root cause analysis are prepared and communicated to our stakeholders. You will be using multiple data sources to analyze all aspects of the S&OP process from KPIs, demand and forecast performance, inventory strategy and planned production and capacity. Based on your insights, the business is equipped to make informed decisions, helping us to achieve business targets and goals.
You will prepare and maintain data and presentations required. This role is both a technical analyst as well as a business coordinator, requiring an elevated ability to summarize and present supporting data to leadership.
Who are you?
You thrive in a busy changing work place where you will help provide a steady rhythm to our monthly process. You are detail-oriented and have strong analytical abilities with a natural interest in data and S&OP related business issues.
You have demonstrated experience in generating analysis and communicating results to a number of different stake holders. You are able to work proficiently with all MS Office products, in particular Excel and Power BI.
Preferably, you have 3-5 years of experience in a similar role and you might have a background in Supply Chain Management, Cand. Merc., Cand. Negot. or in Production or Logistics engineering.

We are part of the wider Operations Group – and currently consist of S&OP Managers, a Data Modelling Specialist and a student worker. We work closely together and have a friendly and informal tone amongst us.
