Junior Analytics & Execution Specialist

If you have strong analytical skills, an eye for details, and are a super-user in MS Office Excel, you might be the one we are looking for. We are looking for a Junior Analytics & Execution Specialist in order to update and improve existing reports. You will also be assisting in tasks and projects across the organization.
About the job
You will play an important role in supporting the S&OP process with reports and information about the Supply situation. Additionally, you will provide insight and overviews for the organization in order to make informed decisions and prioritization resources in cooperation with the existing analytics and execution specialist.
Some of your main tasks will include:
- Update existent reports (KPI, supply overviews, provisions, open order and inventory reviews, priority for release, etc.)
- Various projects
- Maintaining master data
- Data support to other departments
Who are you?
To succeed in this job, you should enjoy being a part of a busy, dynamic, and changing work environment where you will help to provide a steady rhythm to our monthly process. It is essential that you are detail-oriented and have strong analytical capabilities including a natural interest in working with data. You must be able to work with a large amount of data and transform complex data into clear information. You must thrive with a large number of routine tasks. Additionally, we prefer that you have:
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role or experience from a relevant student job.
- A background in Cand Merc., Cand Negot, Supply change management, or similar.
- Are highly skilled in MS Excel.
- Knowledge of MS Axapta and MS Power BI will be an advantage.

You will be a part of GE Operations consisting of 5 departments (+ teams) with a total workforce of 80+ employees. Your department, GE Support, consists of 1 analytics and execution specialist, however, you will work closely together with several departments in Orifarm Generics.
