About the job
We are currently looking for a new employee to take care of an increasing portfolio and support our growing sales in the Parallel Import business.
As Portfolio Manager, you will have wide cooperation across the organization. You will be engaging with your closest stakeholders in Purchase, Sales, and Portfolio Development on a daily basis and in a proactive way. Your main tasks will be to maximize the value of your portfolio, i.e., earnings versus risks and optimizing stock, ensuring alignment with current sales strategy and full transparency on your portfolio.
Other tasks include:
- Analysis and decision-making with regards to purchasing value and quantities
- Portfolio optimization and maintenance
- Product coordination with Purchase, Sales, Portfolio Development, and other stakeholders
- Managing risk in cases of patent expiry and law-enforced price reductions
- Close dialogue with stakeholders across our European sales organization and production site in the Czech Republic
- Ensure alignment on decisions through good collaborations with key stakeholders
Who are you?
You have a relevant educational background within business, or perhaps a pharmaceutical background – most importantly, you have commercial flair and the right attitude to succeed. Preferably, you have some years of experience from a position in a dynamic commercial environment. Your analytical mindset enables you to conceive the complexity of the value chain and our processes, combined with an understanding of how to communicate complex findings and in detail to different stakeholders. You have a persistent personality and you are able to stand up to push back from stakeholders. You are good at building relations across departments and good at giving and receive feedback. Furthermore, you are self-driven with a proactive mindset and flair for IT systems.
