About the job
With the recent growth in our portfolio, we require a Demand Planner who can drive the integration of new product families into our existing process and ensure a consistent approach and cadence in Demand Planning activities.
This is a newly created role where you will continually improve the demand planning process for Orifarm GE. You will be responsible for facilitating our regional demand reviews and provide linkage between demand and supply planning activities.
The Demand Planner is the first point of contact for the commercial organization for changes to the operational and tactical planning horizon. You will have a deep understanding of drivers to forecast changes and the underlying business dynamics. The Demand Planner will ensure key insights, trends, and changes in the demand plan is challenged and that risks and opportunities are documented for review and decision making on a monthly basis.
You will be responsible for analyzing forecast performance and identifying areas of improvement and opportunities to increase overall forecast accuracy. The Demand Planner is also responsible to drive projects and system improvements in the area of Demand Planning.
Who are you?
You have a background in Demand Planning and you have 3-6 years of experience in a similar role. You have a solid understanding of the S&OP process and have worked with data analysis and KPI reporting required to build a solid Demand Planning process. You have strong analytical and numeric skills.
In addition, you are skilled in stakeholder management and you have experience with communicating across different business units and cultures.

You will be part of our small, friendly S&OP team based at Orifarm HQ in Odense. With our recent expansion, it will also be possible to partly work from our offices in Copenhagen.
