We are looking for an engaged Team Manager who will ensure that deadlines will be met and guarantee high quality to both internal and external customers.
About the job
As our Sales Support Manager, your primary task will be to manage and develop the team of Sales Coordinators and guide them through transformation processes. Additionally, we expect you to ensure valuable service to our customers, and of course the rest of the organization. You will be participating in internal development and projects as well as supporting successful execution by applying the resources of your team.
Your main tasks will include:
- Ensuring customer orders are managed accurately and professionally
- To be the point of contact for escalated customer service issues
- Order handling & Invoicing
- Monitoring of KPI´s & securing service levels at the highest standard
- Supporting our Sales Companies and managing the markets’ support
- Internal development projects
We expect you to have experience with leading and developing a team of specialists within Sales Support, Procurement, Back-Office functions, or similar. Experience within the pharma industry is a plus, however, not a requirement.
You must act as a problem solver providing solutions for different stakeholders as well as looking for process improvements. Besides, you should prioritize a strong customer centricity, possess great attention to detail, and accuracy as well as being a good team player which is essential in order to succeed in the job.
It is expected that you are familiar with Good Distribution Practice, ERP systems as well as MS Office.

The Sales Support team is part of a newly established department that will consist of several teams with the main purpose to support our commercial organization. Currently, the Sales Support team consists of 6 persons, however, it will need additional resources to cope with incoming business.
