We are looking for two Sales Coordinators who want to make a difference in an international organization and ensure that our customers are provided with the best possible experience.
About the job
Your main task will be to provide daily support to our customers. Part of the job will be to take responsibility for order handling locally as well as globally. Your task will be to communicate with our international customers, including providing them with information about the expected delivery of products and general customer support. You will be the go-to person for various matters and should be motivated by building and maintaining good customer relationships.
Additionally, your task will be to:
- Provide requested information on cost, sourcing, returns, discrepancies, transportation, delivery, and follow up to meet customer expectations
- Identify and provide product solutions
- Handling daily invoicing as well as claims
- Make price reductions and increases
Who are you?
We imagine that you have experience from a similar job in Customer Service, and/or purchasing. You are structured and flexible and are able to handle ongoing needs to re-prioritize in a dynamic everyday life. You thrive in an international and dynamic environment and are driven by achieving results and short deadlines. Since the job consists of building customer relations and daily communication with a large international interface, you must possess excellent communications- and stakeholder management skills as well as being fluent in English both written and verbal. Additionally, the preferred candidates possess the following qualifications:
- Time management skills
- Analytical and strong business understanding
- Adaptable to new initiatives and changes
