About the job:
As Hospital & Tender Manager within parallel import in the hospital segment, you will become a key stakeholder maintaining and developing our current Hospital product and portfolio. Within PI the hospital segment is mainly handled via public tenders. You will be responsible for your own markets and in close internal cooperation with our colleagues in Purchase, Portfolio Development, Portfolio Management, and Sales. Additionally, your task will include:
- Becoming an important part and key asset of the bidding process with the unique opportunity to affect the future outcome
- Being in direct contact with major customers
- Preparation for a large tender as well as ensure that our products reach the customer in time
- Continuous diving into data and seek for opportunities with a proactive, analytical, and commercial mindset.
Who are you?
It is expected that you hold a bachelor’s degree and preferably some years of experience from trading, procurement, or product management, however, it is not a requirement. It would be a great advantage if you have experience from a larger and international organization and we appreciate cross-organizational know-how. Furthermore, we expect that you possess the following:
- A strong drive, a positive attitude, and the ability to persistently follow-through on leads
- Attentive to details while moving forward on various tasks
- A winning personality and a strong passion for achieving your results
- Excellent communications and time management skills
- High analytical skills enabling you to focus on customer needs and commercial opportunities

As part of the Purchase & Hospital department focusing on the European parallel import hospital segment, you will become the fifth member of our dedicated Hospital team. We work closely alongside our colleagues in Purchase, Portfolio Development, Portfolio Management, and Sales Support. We are an international and fairly extrovert team with an open communication style in our shared office with approx. 500 other colleagues at our head office in Odense.
