Human Resources Senior Business Partner

Your role will be to act as a trusted advisor to leaders on people and organizational matters. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring strategic HR objectives are met and creating the best foundation for taking business-critical development decisions. You will gain a lot of responsibilities and you will play an active role in supporting the business.
As a Human Resources Senior Business Partner you will support and coach management in leadership competencies, organizational setup, performance and behavior that are reflecting Orifarm’s culture and core values, and you are responsible for driving talent management and yearly cycle execution e.g. facilitate People Review, Successor Planning and Engagement Survey.
Furthermore, your responsibilities include supporting senior management in
- Take lead on change plan for strategic VIA projects
- Take an active role in implementing inclusion & diversity ambitions and culture
- Secure a strong and close collaboration with colleagues in HR across countries and relevant stakeholders throughout the organization
Do you possess solid experience within people- and organizational disciplines?
To succeed in this role we expect you to have 7+ years of experience within Human Resources as a Senior Business Partner or a similar role, preferably from an international company within the pharmaceutical industry. It is essential that you have solid experience within people- and organization disciplines such as organizational design, team development, talent management as well as leadership coaching and assessments. Moreover, we expect you to act as a role model and identify with the Orifarm values and mission.

- Have strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Have an international mindset and a solid understanding of different cultures
- Are ambitious and able to express a winning spirit
- Hold reasonable knowledge within labor law and are fluent in both written and verbal English
As our new HR Senior Business Partner, you will refer to Head of HRBP and Organizational Development, and you will become part of the function Corporate HR, Communication & CSR that is characterized by knowledge sharing, high speed, passion, fun and trust. The department consists of more than 25 dedicated colleagues all putting great effort in enhancing Orifarm’s cultural values.
