IT Support apprentice

Your key responsibilities will be:
Support to internal users with their technology related needs
Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, telephony and other related technology devices. Local and remote support to internal users with their technology related needs
Follow and develop Standard Operation Procedures, maintain detailed documentation
Follow system development life cycle methodology, policies and standards

Who are we?
The IT department in Orifarm is divided into smaller teams. As an IT Support apprentice you will be part of our IT support team. The team manager and five supporters are based in the Czech Republic. Two of the team members are based in Germany, and the remaining supporter is based in Denmark. Your workplace will be in Odense and hence you will be part of a two man team. As the manager of the IT Support department is based in CZ your reference will be the manager of our IT Operations team, located in Odense.
Orifarm is an international company and we as a team we support all of our users at all locations. We are in close cooperation with the other teams within IT, which mainly are located in Denmark. Supporters in Denmark mainly focus on users in the Nordic, but when needed we assist our colleagues in CZ. There is a great variety of tasks due to the size of our company as well as the nature of the environment. There will for sure be plenty of challenges for the right applicant. The atmosphere is friendly and informal. Your primary tool will be the ticket system where we handle and prioritize all the tickets and tasks. We strive to deliver a good service and a good experience for the users by continuously improving the process.
