About the job
As Financial Business Partner you will be part of a team consisting of five dedicated professionals. Your main responsibility will be to support our Parallel Import business (primarily our German sales organization in Leverkusen and our production site in Prague) with financial insights and translating business initiatives into financial effects. You will be working closely together with local management in Operations and Commercial functions. The following tasks will be part of your area of responsibility:
Proactive financial support and presence in operational and commercial functions
Financial representative in our Sales & Operation process
Monitoring sales and cost performance and supporting our Rolling Forecast process
Evaluate and support KPI reporting and linking it to our long-term strategy
Ensure high quality project support and controlling
Develop presentations and analysis for Board, Management etc.
Who are you?
Ideally, you are an experienced Management Consultant, Financial Business Partner or comming from a commercial position. You have a relevant financial bachelor’s or master’s degree. You have strong communication and relationship building skills, as well as being good at keeping a holistic perspective in an international organization and a strong commercial understanding.
You are able to translate complex topics and issues in to clear messages and communicate them. You communicate fluently in English, both orally and in writing. German language skills is an advantage. You are motivated by working in an international position with around 30-50 traveling days a year.
