Student Assistant Analyst
Do you enjoy juggling data?
We are looking for a student assistant who can manage our reporting requirements, build reports, and analyse data. With your strong analytical skills, great attention to detail and experience with MS Office Excel, you will be key for ensuring regular and accurate data generation to support insights and business analysis. You will work with improving the structure of our current reports, process improvements, and data generation.
About the job
We are currently structuring the data input to our Sales and Operation Planning process (S&OP), and your primary tasks will be focused on optimizing the data gathering and reporting formats for the monthly review cycle. In addition, you will be managing the timely and accurate delivery of key reporting. You will also assist in preparing information packs for the monthly meeting cycles and provide key insights based on data analysis.
Who are you?
You have an analytical mindset and have a natural interest in working with data. You are keen on learning new technologies and are familiar with complex challenges.
Are studying within the fields of Engineering, Supply Chain, Math, Data or Financials or a similar field
Have minimum 2 years left of your studies.
Are highly skilled within MS Excel and have experience with VBA.
Furthermore, knowledge of MS Axapta and MS Power BI will be an advantage.
Working time will be up to 15 hours per week preferable split on 3 work days, as you will be part of daily operations. The exact working hours are of course flexible and will be adapted to your courses and exams.
Please note that an Excel test will be included in the evaluation.

We are an international team with room for differences We work in an informal tone in a shared office with approx. 300 other colleagues at our head office in Odense (5 km from the University).
