Product Owner to Orifarms ITSM platform – Service-Now
… A key person in raising the maturity of our existing ITSM solution and to drive continuous improvement
We are on the lookout for our new ITSM platform Product Owner who is capable of staying up to date with new features and functionality and has strong interpersonal skills.

The Service-Now product owner role will include partnering with the business stakeholders to create and modify process workflows, reporting and dashboards in addition to developing knowledge, technical and process documentation. In this role, you will have several responsibilities ranging from supporting the business to driving development, testing, training, support and launch plans to deliver a quality product, with user adoption and acceptance. And for IT to be able to track and report service deliveries based on detailed KPI’s.
Additionally, your primary tasks will include:
- Platform ownership
- Facilitate continuous improvement and development of the platform using external technical implementors
- Facilitate and prioritize changes executed within the ITSM platform.
- Review and prioritize and approve change requests e.g. enhancements, fixes, upgrades in close collaboration with developer
A great communicator with the capacity to cooperate across functions
Most important to succeed in this role is that you are motivated to drive the process of the ITSM platform. You possess great time-management skills and a natural sense for documentation, while you also hold skills to effectively analyze and solve problems.. Furthermore, it is a strong advantage if you are experienced within configuration, administration, and facilitating continuous improvement within an Enterprise ITSM Platform (preferably Service-Now or similar) as well as working knowledge of ITMS components such as Service Catalog, Change/Incident/Problem Management, Asset Management, CMDB, Knowledge, and/or other modules. This not as developer but as owner and facilitator, so good project skills and a good understanding of how and ITSM platform can add value to the business as well as IT.
Furthermore, we imagine you to:
- Be familiar with the ITIL framework
- Have the ability to bridge between changes to the platform and external technical implementors.
- Hold strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Possess strong written and verbal communication in Danish and English (English being the corporate language)
- Be commercially minded
IT Operations and Platforms - Who are we?
Our core job is to keep existing services available to the business. This in accordance with defined service level agreements. We operate the Orifarm infrastructure from hardware to application layer, and from sites to cloud. In a virtualized Microsoft environment. You will assume the role as product owner of our ITSM platform (Service-Now) which for us is a strategic tool, and is vital for us to deliver IT services to the business. You will be in a standalone team referring to the manager of IT Operations and Platforms. Initially the function will make use of currently onboarded external consultants. They will execute on the technical part, facilitated by you based on to-be roadmaps.
Stakeholder management will be with your direct manager, the business and other primary stakeholders in IT e.g. helpdesk, compliance, governance, our architecture layer and process owners.
