About the job
As S&OP Partner Health Access, you create the overall narrative for the S&OP process in our Health Access Business. By facilitating S&OP meetings with a wide group of stakeholders you help us drive insights and decision making across the business.
Our S&OP Partner works closely with process owners in Health Access and Finance to provide analysis for various business projects. You assist with pre-analysis and data collection for initiatives anchored in the business. You play a central role in tying together deep dives and analysis on cross functional issues and opportunities.
In collaboration with Corporate S&OP, the S&OP Partner also drives the overall maturation and development of the S&OP process at Orifarm to ensure scalability, process efficiency and innovation.
In this role, your key tasks will include:
- Facilitating the Health Access S&OP process
- Drive KPI reporting and improvements to reporting
- Ensure agenda alignment and stakeholder onboarding prior to S&OP meetings
- Preparation and follow up on Global S&OP meetings
Who are you?
You have a background in Finance/Consulting/Demand Planning/Supply Chain with 2-5 years of experience in a similar role. You have a solid understanding of S&OP processes and you have worked with analysis of issues relating to Demand and Supply management.

- Can distill key messages and translate complex issues to relevant narratives for a wide audience

- Have previous experience from working with S&OP and related processes
