Support Orifarm’s growth
We are looking for a new Student Assistant to our office in Soeborg, Copenhagen, to support our team 10-15 hours a week. We offer an opportunity to join a fast-paced environment with focus on collaboration between departments to ensure Orifarm’s 2025 strategy be met.
In this role, your skills and responsibility will grow over time as you will be exposed to a variety of tasks and challenges.
Initially, you will be responsible for supporting the team with various tasks such as:
- Market and product screening
- Project management
- Pricing analyses
- Setting up PowerPoint presentations and innovation newsletters.
- Ordering and shipping samples
- Preparation of team events and team meetings across the Global Commercial Excellence Department
Depending on your field of study, you may also be involved in Product and Category Innovation on our food supplement products in terms of assessing new ingredients.

A student motivated to learn about the healthcare industry
You are a student and are at least about to finish the 1st year and have at least 2 years left of your studies. As the tasks related to this position are very broad, you can either be enrolled in a commercial- or scientific-oriented education. Further, you have shown strong academic results.
We imagine you are genuinely interested in the healthcare industry and have a natural business acumen.
Moreover, we imagine that you are:
- Willing to work approximately 2 days a week from our office in Soeborg, Copenhagen, obviously with flexibility around exam periods.
- An experienced user of the Microsoft Office package, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Proficient in spoken and written English – our corporate language is English.
- Willing to contribute to a fun and transparent working environment where everyone’s opinion matters.
You will be joining a team where we consider diversity of backgrounds and skillsets a strength. Orifarm’s operation is expanding into new territories, so cultural understanding and sensitivity is required to succeed in this role.
Innovation and Business Development
Innovation and Business Development focuses on developing new categories with the respective Heads of VMS (food supplements) and OTC (Over The Counter medicine) in the Global Commercial Excellence department. Further, we take part in finetuning new product formulas that fit into the selected product categories. Consequently, we select the right contract manufacturer that meets our requirements in terms of ingredients, dispensation form and pricing.
We work intensively with our selected strategic contract manufacturers, and participate in relevant trade shows to stay upbeat on new developments in our categories, which we share with Orifarm Markets during our Innovation Days in order to help the markets to select new line extensions.
