About the job
We are currently looking for a Junior Project Manager with a high drive, curious mind and who is ready to be the all-rounder that thrives on being the go-to person to help lead our projects and support our Integration Management Office (IMO).
As a start, you will be responsible for minor projects in which you organize the full project team, manage and coordinate resources, project time plans, risk assessments and oversee project budgets. You build strong and professional relationships towards internal and external stakeholders, and you ensure coordination, follow-up and progress. By doing so, you ensure successful project deliverables in full compliance with our customers’ expectations and project targets. On top of this, you will support our IMO with handling workshops, coordinating project program activities and follow up.
Who are you?
You have gained your first project management skills, and you have a relevant educational background within business, supply chain or IT. Most importantly, you have the right commercial attitude and a willingness to roll up your sleeves.
You will be working in close cooperation with colleagues across departments and from the various countries we operate in, so good communication skills are important. Stakeholder management and networking skills are essential as well.

You will be part of our IMO / PPMO team of highly dedicated Project Managers in our Odense office where focus areas are projects and change management as well as project portfolio management.
