– for Own Development
Would you like to become a part of a dynamic, international and ambitious environment? And do you have a commercial mindset? Then this job as project manager for external development projects might be exactly what you are looking for.
About the job
The development of generic pharmaceutical products has been a highly successful integrated part of our strategy for the past decade. - Project management of specific development projects – internally towards the cross-organizational project team and externally towards the CDMO.
- Handling of projects in our project management IT system.
Who are you?
We expect you to hold a degree in natural science and have at least a couple of years’ experience with project management, preferably from the pharma industry. It is essential that you are able to quickly grasp the understanding of complex challenges and structure actions accordingly as well as maintaining focus in challenging situations. Additionally, we expect you to:
- Be proactive, responsible, and challenging in following up with colleagues and CDMOs.
- Have the ability to understand various market mechanisms.
- Preferably have experience with negotiating contracts
- Be competent in IT, especially MS Excel and MS Projects.
On a daily basis, you are able to work both independently as well as cross-organizational so we expect you to have an outgoing personality as well as excellent communication skills and you must be fluent in both written and oral English. Speaking and understanding Danish is a big advantage but not a prerequisite.
Who are we?
You will become part of a small and dedicated team. We work independently on our own projects but also have a very high degree of informal interaction and cooperation to help each other and to ensure that we report as one department through our newly developed Project Management system. We support the ambitious goals of the company and take the time to celebrate when we achieve significant milestones. Our HQ is located in Odense and further to this we have an office in the greater Copenhagen area. We are flexible in terms of location but it is expected that you are in Odense at least two days per week.

In 2021, Orifarm faces its greatest milestone with a major acquisition, which will contribute to our further growth and the achievement of our visions.
In Orifarm we place great emphasis on both your professional and personal development and on giving you the opportunity to bring all of your skills into play.
