About the job
The role as LEAN & PAC Manager in Orifarm entails developing and adapting administrative LEAN in our business units as well as managing our community of Process Area Coordinators (PAC). You will be responsible for the development and deployment of LEAN tools and methods as well as being the go-to-person when complex continuous improvement activities occurs.
You will be responsible for:
- Heighten our organization’s improvement competencies
- Facilitating and developing the PAC network
- Securing a high professional level of LEAN .
Who are you?
We expect you to come from a position with approximately 3-5 years of experience within LEAN administration as well as being certified in Lean Black Belt. It is an advantage if you have experience with facilitating and motivating a lean network. It is important that you have a thorough knowledge of the principles of LEAN as well as possessing hands-on experience with the following:
- Value stream mapping of administrative processes
- Identifying waste in the administrative environment
- Operational performance management
- Continuous improvement
- Root cause analysis & problem solving
It is essential that you have a drive for improvement are self-driven. We expect you to be outgoing as well as having a supporting and facilitating mind-set. You should be an excellent communicator and have superior change management skills.
Since you will get to work with various stakeholders across the organization, it is important that you possess outstanding stakeholder management skills, and that it comes naturally to you to facilitate and communicate on all organizational levels.

The department consists of two main legs: Digitalization and Business Process Management and succeed in close collaboration with the business, IT and our PPMO and Projects-team.
